• Courtesy Closer Available For After Hours, Weekend Or Out Of County Closings For An Additional Fee

Standard Fees for: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco & Hernando Counties. Please call for quote for cost outside these areas.

• Single Family Residence: $325

• FHA/Single Family Residence: $325

• Condominium Unit: $325

• Land Appraisal: $325

• Small Residential Income: $500

• Rent Schedule & Operating Income Statement: $75

• Draw/Final Construction Inspection: $75

• Update for Appraisal: $100

• Conversion to FHA: $100
  (Includes Re-Inspection)

• Speciality Appraisals and Jumbo Loans: $500 - $700
  ($500,000 to over $1,000,000 loans) * Will be quoted based on the dificulty of the assignment.
